1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or opting into our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. SMS Communications Program

2.1 Purpose: Our SMS notifications include appointment reminders, property offers, service updates, and follow-ups.

2.2 Opt-In: By providing your number, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2.3 Frequency: Message frequency varies; expect 1–5 messages per week.

2.4 Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt-Out and Help

4. Requirements

5. Indemnification & Dispute Resolution

You agree to indemnify SouthShore Real Estate Inc. from claims arising from your provision of a phone number not owned by you. All disputes will be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis.
